The practices offered centre on the teachings of yoga to cultivate a deeper awareness and loving relationship with both the mind and body. The purpose is to share mindful movement, functional breathing techniques and meditation practices that help you drop into yourself.

The passion for this space is that it serves as a safe and inclusive environment from where you can lean into the edge of your comfort zone, with softness and ease. It's also a space to uncover layers of learning about yourself and allow you to freely express the truest version of you.

About Emily

Emily is a passionate yoga teacher, facilitator and body worker from Sydney Australia currently based in Byron Bay. She gravitated to yoga from a love and curiosity of various movement practices and for playing the the endless potential of the body.

 After completing her first teacher training the threads began to unravel as she understood that the asana practice of yoga was just one small element of the vast depth and wisdom that the science of yoga holds. 

Today Emily is dedicated to helping people be more embodied; to develop the connections to their body so they not only feel more compassion and love towards it, but they also notice and act upon its subtle cues.  Her offerings demonstrate how to embody the whispers of intuition that live in the layers of our body and turn that into living a life in full alignment to our true self.

Emily's offerings stem from an exploration of her own personal practice, which is steeped in the principle of yin and yang. Emily offers playful and dynamic vinyasa practices that are balanced yet build heat, strength and explore windows of tolerance. Saluting the benefits of the lunar practice of yin and restorative, she balances the yang with softer, subtle and still practices. 

Her yoga journey has led her into the beautiful world of Zenthai Shiatsu; a healing modality, which restores and rebalances through the art of loving and intentional touch. A level 1 practitioner, completing her therapist training with Zenthai founder Gwyn Williams, in 2024, she is enlivened by the Five Element theory and and continues to build her offering through this lens.

Emily has a constant thirst for knowledge and curiosity for different healing styles and is committed to her continuous growth as a teacher and student. Always in deep reverence to her teachers including Noelle Connolly, Sarah Routhier, Simon Park, Gwyn Williams and Brooke Elliston who have all contributed to her collection of knowledge.
